New Mental Health Project
Penallta Rfc Youth Team Squad, are booked in to attend our first Mindfullness and Wellbeing sessions with our resident tutor Mr Andrew Lewis, starting 12th February and will run for 6 consecutive weeks at the chapel. We are hoping to connect with other youth groups in the area for this much needed delivery
