A guided approach to restoring balance in body, mind and spirit.
We create this healthy balance through gentle mindful movement and breathing techniques using established practices
of yoga and qigong.
We utilise Reflexology and massage where specific areas of the body are offered healing, soothing and positive energy and through guided meditation where we gain greater awareness of how mind and body can work together to nourish a spirit of peacefulness and contentment.
We offer 3 hour sessions on Wednesdays between 12 Noon and 3pm costing £30 for groups of around 10 people.
Bookings are for other days and times are also available.
